Our Development Journey
From CNC cutting tool distribution to precision industrial component manufacturing.
Started in CNC Cutting Tools Distribution
Our founder, Mark, started the business in Chang’an Hardware City, Dongguan, supplying imported CNC cutting tools to local manufacturers and building long-term relationships with industrial customers.
Authorized Distributor for Japanese & Korean Brands
Through strong technical support and customer service, the company became an authorized distributor for selected Japanese and Korean cutting tool brands in South China.
Acquired HSS M42 Tool Manufacturing Facility
We acquired a high-speed steel cutting tool factory originally operated by a Taiwanese company, including its experienced engineering team and production equipment, laying the foundation for our own manufacturing capabilities.
Shenzhen Sunlit Tools Co., Ltd. Established
SZSUNLIT was established to expand into international markets, providing OEM and ODM manufacturing services for global customers.
Yanling Production Base Established
To improve manufacturing efficiency and production capacity, we established our Yanling production base in Hunan. High-speed steel cutting tool manufacturing was transferred there, while Dongguan continued producing carbide cutting tools.
Manufacturing Capacity Expanded
Additional CNC grinding equipment was introduced to expand production capacity. Standard solid carbide cutting tool manufacturing was transferred to the Hunan production base, while the Dongguan facility focused on high-precision custom carbide tooling and OEM engineering projects.
Pelletizing Knife Manufacturing Factory Established
To support the polymer processing industry, we established a dedicated manufacturing factory for pelletizing knives and precision pelletizing components, including ceramic bedknives, carbide bedknives, rotor blades and OEM-compatible pelletizing parts.
Miniature Magnetic Drive Pump Manufacturing Factory Established
We established a dedicated manufacturing factory for miniature magnetic drive pumps, expanding our manufacturing capabilities from precision cutting components to precision fluid handling solutions.
